Made from freshly picked organic elderflowers grown at Belvoir and fresh organic lemons, this cordial has the delicate scented taste of elderflower and is wonderfully refreshing. Dilute with still or sparkling water for delicious natural soft drinks with the hazy taste of summer. A few drops enliven a gin or vodka and tonic and make sensational spritzers with white wine. Versatile in cooking it makes wonderful sorbets and desserts made with rhubarb, apricots or goosberries such as fools, mousses and pies.
