Revo’s El Blanco is inspired by the softness and richness of black cod. Crafted from 3D-printed mycoprotein (mycelium) to mimic a juicy, soft texture, this flaky white fish-style fillet is truly REVOlutionary.

Full of fibre, all essential amino acids, Omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids, and B vitamins, this delicious, umami filet has optimised nutrients perfect for active lifestyles – it is highly bioavailable, meaning it is better absorbed than proteins from meat sources!
