Organic dark chocolate tablet 91% cocoa (Congo), collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical basin of the Congo. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, intense but with an aromatic personality.

Tasting note: Soft fruity essence. Reminiscent of red fruits. It reveals vegetal and earthy notes, well complemented by a strong spicy touch fusing with a black tea nuance.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 21ºC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid refrigeration if possible. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
