We are the epitome of an old fashioned butchers; we believe in seeing things through from start to finish. We rear it; then we butcher it. Simple. We only use traditional methods and we would never do anything nasty like pump water into our chicken. We can guarantee only the finest quality meat. All our meat is hung in our hanging room before being carefully butchered. Located in the centre of this attractive village with its extensive roman remains, piercebridge organic farm rears organic chicken, beef cattle, sheep and pigs. Farmer Chris and Liz Hodgson have received awards from soil association for there excellent organic produce and where featured in Rick Stien's Food Heroes of Great Britain.
