The making of Cider Vinegar is an old rural craft, which we are reviving. Cider Vinegar has been taken since biblical times, and ancient folk lore claims it cures more aliments than any other medicine.
Our natural cider vinegar is unpasteurised and made from freshly crushed whole apples which have been allowed to mature.
It contains The Mother which is a cloudy substance that is full of living bacteria and active enzymes, as well as natural malic acid, which is so important in fighting body toxins.
Pure, natural cider vinegar purifies the cells, ridding the body of toxins. Because our vinegar is made naturally and allowed to mature, it has a rich, smooth apple flavour which compliment many salad, fish and meat dishes.
Pasteurised is the clear vinegar usually seen in the grocery store. It is boiled to remove the impurities and make it pretty. Non-pasteurised is literally alive. It is cloudy as it has the 'Mother' in it. That's what gives it all the health benefits.
